The Pettitutu is our favorite because it is between a tutu and a pettiskirt. Made like a tutu but with all the ruffles of a pettiskirt and less expense than a pettiskirt. We use tons of leopard nylon chiffon for the ruffles and black tulle. We make these in different lengths if you prefer short, knee length of longer length.

The top is black knit fabric with leopard nylon chiffon ruffles around the front of the neck.
