This orange and black tutu with matching top, barrette, wrist back great for Halloween events. Each piece is sold separatly. Tons of black tulle is used for the tutu skirt and a beautiful orange shimmering tulle is made for the ruffle. We offer the matching hair barrette and wristband that are made with a mixture of black and shimmering orange tulle. The top is made of black knit fabric with an orange ribbon for the bows.

We call this tutu the pettitutu because of the ruffle. They are great for newborns up to adults.

The larger the waist the longer we make the length.
