We use lots of layers of black tulle with the top layer in nylon chiffon zebra print, two layers of fuchsia nylon chiffon ruffles attached. This tutu can be worn with the shirt or just the tutu alone. The black top has a fuchsia nylon chiffon ruffle at the back of the neck. This dog tutu is perfect for dressing up your pet.
