The larger the tutu the longer it is. The smaller baby sizes are more fluffed looking because they are shorter.

The top layers of the petti-tutu is black and white zebra print nylon chiffon, underneath the zebra chiffon is six layers of black tulle we attached a hot pink tulle ruffle to one of the black layers and a beautiful turquoise ruffle around another black tulle layer. We use tons of tulle because we do not skimp.

The turquoise shirt is made of jersey fabric with zebra print nylon chiffon is used for the shoulder straps and ties to one side. This shirt is so pretty you can wear it with jeans or dress pants.
