This tutu has layers and layers of Hot Pink and Shimmering Turquoise tulle.
It has a beautiful bow attached that can be worn in the front of tutu or the back. The bow is Turquoise with hot pink dots and on the other side it's hot pink with turquoise dots.

Each tutu is sewn and not knotted.
